Both federal and state legislative groups have focused heavily on passing behavioral telehealth regulations to be enacted in 2024 and are poised to extend in subsequent years. WebPsyPact is "designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology and the temporary in-person, face-to-face practice of psychology across state boundaries".
