Webb20 nov. 2015 · A computed tomography scan demonstrated a quasi-circular and well-circumscribed mass in the upper pole of the right kidney. The lesion was density-inhomogeneous and the renal vessel was pushed down. The patient underwent right partial nephrectomy in March 2011 under the clinical diagnosis of RCC. WebbFour patients each had single primary lesion. One patient had multiple satellite lesions, and two patients had sub-foci around the lesion. In two cases, cancerous legions were located in the left liver, one case in the right liver, and one case involved bilaterally. The mean maximum diameter of the lesions was 8.2cm (range, 7.8–9.0cm).
