WebI use both. I prefer Healthcare Redux but the frequency of illness is so rare in my experience it's unrealistic. I'm on Gen 5 of a legacy and my last HCR illness was in Gen 3. Two of my Gen 2 Sims had allergies to pets, but they had a dog and never even needed to take an allergy pill. The injury and pregnancy stuff works really well though.
