The overwhelming consensus is that the echo is not a creature, as it is simply "an image" (per the first paragraph of the Manifest Echo feature description). WebDespite the bonus action conflict, I can think of two good reasons to make this multi class. 1. Out of combat teleportation and scouting could be amazing for a rogue. 2. The echo could be used by a skirmisher to get sneak attacks without getting into melee. In my post above.
