The computer has <1 year, and OCCT dont find any error (i add screenshots to show you). Im playing on FFXV Windows edition and i downloaded Special K mod to try to resolve the problem.

For some reason, mine changed to 45 hz (and therefore 45 fps) randomly and I was stuck at 45 fps. Take a look. My guess is that the Speical K mod did something weird to my monitor for a bit. It was easy enough to change it back to 60hz going into the display properties in control panel.
