If the DHCP service itself is running and it is just the scope icon that has the exclamation mark on it, something may be improperly configured within the scope or it may conflict with another scope that has been defined. WebIt seems to be functioning despite this but it just confuses me. I'm pretty sure it's because either there are disabled scopes or because at least 1 scope may have few available addresses. We have 3 DHCP servers I can access; 1 has Blue ! and several disabled scopes, not sure on available in those scopes. 1 has Blue ! but no disabled scopes ...
